1. Delivery Time and Eligibility for Refund
Once payment is made through PayPal, the customer can download the plans immediately. If the customer does not receive the files within 3 days, they can request a 100% refund of the amount paid.
2. Process to Request a Refund
If you have not received the plans within the specified timeframe, please follow these steps:
- Check your email and spam folder in case the download link has been sent there.
- Contact us through our support email or contact form on the website.
- Provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
Once the issue is verified, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 5 business days via PayPal, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

- If the customer receives the plans correctly within the 3-day period.
- If the files have been successfully downloaded according to our records.
