All plans on this website are protected by the Federal Copyright Law. The copyright owner retains title and ownership of the original documents. Licensed plans for you cannot be used or resold to any other person.
Reproduction of these house plans, in whole or in part, including any form of copying and/or preparation of derivative works, is strictly prohibited for any reason without written permission. The purchase of a set of house plans does not transfer copyright or any other ownership interest in the plans to the buyer, except for a limited license to use that set of house plans for the construction of one home. The purchase of additional sets of that house plan at a reduced price from the original set or as part of a multiple set package does not grant the buyer a license to build more than one home. Similarly, the purchase of reproducible materials carries the same copyright protection. To use any plan more than once and to avoid any copyright/license infringement, it is necessary to contact the plan designer for a version and license for any extended use. While a buyer of PDF, CAD, and reproducible files receives a license to make copies, it should be noted that, as copyrighted material, making photocopies of plans is illegal.
