Once payment has been made through PayPal, the customer will be able to download the drawings immediately.In case the customer do not receive the files within 3 days, you may request a reimbursement of 100% of the amount paid.

2. Process for requesting a refund

If you have not received the plans within the established deadline, you should follow these steps:

  1. Check your email and spam folder in case the download link has been sent there.
  2. Contact us through our support mail or contact form on the web.
  3. Indicate your order number and the e-mail address used in the purchase.

Once the incident has been verified, we will proceed with the reimbursement. within a maximum of 5 working days through PayPal, The payment method used to make the purchase is the same as the one used to make the purchase.

3. Cases in which reimbursements do not apply

  • If the customer correctly receives the plans within 3 days.
  • If the files have been successfully downloaded according to our records.
  • If the customer requests a refund for reasons unrelated to the delivery (e.g. change of mind or mistake in the choice of the plan).
