As with each of our designs, this home was conceived and designed for those who live there to feel comfortable, enjoy it, consider it a home, and appreciate each of its spaces. We always think about the relationship between the interior and exterior.
This single-family home features 893 sq ft of covered space and 258 sq ft of semi-covered space. It is perfectly suited for lots of 49×49 feet or larger. This home is characterized by its irregular shape, with recesses and projections, allowing for constant plays of light and shadow, resulting in a highly attractive facade and rear facade (this can be seen in the attached plans and images).
The design is characterized by a modern style, with simple lines, standing out for its elegance in details.
Facade Design of the 15×15 One-Story House
The single-family 15×15 one-story home includes the following spaces: A main entrance with some privacy in relation to the adjacent space; a spacious integrated kitchen-living-dining area, with fabulous views and direct connection to the exterior. A main bathroom, with a small ante-bath; and two bedrooms. Additionally, there is a semi-covered area in the front that serves as a garage. As a bonus, a gallery with a barbecue and laundry space has been designed, allowing you to appreciate and enjoy the garden.
As can be seen in the images, the facade is characterized not only by its details but also by its height of 16.1 feet, giving character to the design and also aiming to resolve its roof, which is lightweight, with a single slope towards the back. This way, we avoid internal gutters (all of this is detailed in the plans for sale).
The openings are made of black aluminum, and their sizes were designed according to the space they are in, which is why they vary (details of each can be found in the plans for sale). It is worth noting that all areas of the home have natural lighting and ventilation.
