It is characterized by its irregular shape, with recesses and projections, allowing for constant play of light and shadow. It stands out for its modern style; a play between simple lines, uniform heights, and a large eave that unifies and becomes the protagonist of the facade.

Description of the plan: The house includes the following areas: A main entrance with some privacy in relation to the adjacent space; a spacious integrated kitchen-living-dining area, with fabulous views and direct connection to the outdoors. The laundry area is integrated into the kitchen sector, hidden within the cabinetry. There is a main bathroom, two bedrooms, and a garage that, being open to the garden, allows its use as a gallery.
